2018 APACHE Fall Kickoff - Display Registration

Please use this form to register your organization or group for a display area at our 2018 APACHE Fall Kickoff, featuring speaker Todd Wilson, The Familyman. Todd will speak from 6:30-7:30 pm and will be followed by family game time and snacks from 7:30-8:30 pm. The game time is a relaxed time for families to connect with each other and ask questions of representatives of area co-ops, homeschool groups, and local resources that offer homeschool classes or learning opportunities.  

Join us at Bethany Baptist Church (7422 N Heinz Ln, Edward, IL 61528) on Friday, September 28, 2018 from 6:30pm-8:30pm.  You are welcome to set up your display between 7:00-7:25 pm (or from 5:45-6:10 if you would like to join us for the entire evening).  

Please be sure to register no later than Friday, September 21, 2018. This will allow us time to make and print your name tags.
