*1-day and 2-day convention price is the same. Spouse attends FREE with early or regular adult registration (does not apply to other family members, friends or children). 1st - 3rd children are $10 each; 4th child and up are FREE after $30 maximum is reached. We are unable to make exceptions to convention policies, so please do not ask. VolunteersAPACHE is run entirely by team of volunteers, and we’d love to have you join us! Help make sure our convention continues to be a great resource for homeschooling families in Illinois. There are opportunities to serve before, during and after convention. Refund PolicyIn the event you cannot attend the convention after registering, you may:
Requests received by 3/1/21 will receive a full refund (excluding meals and MP3 orders). Requests received after 3/1/21 will receive a 50% refund. Working ScholarshipsAPACHE offers a limited number of working scholarships, which may be earned by adults working 6 hours before, during or after convention. Child registration fees may be earned by working an additional 2 hours. Please indicate on your registration form “I want a working scholarship” and pay your full registration fee. After your 6 hours are completed, you will receive a full refund of your base registration (excluding meals, special classes and MP3 orders). These scholarships are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. APACHE will make 2 attempts to reach you with your assignment. If we cannot reach you, we will contact the next person on our list. Convention Name BadgeEach attendee will receive a name badge, which is your convention pass and required for admission. Please pick up badges at the registration table and wear them at all times during convention. Convention MealsThis year, we are bringing in food trucks from Mike's Knot Just Ribs, Pico de Gallo, and Faire Coffee. Boxed lunches are available both days, but must be ordered and paid for with early registration. All meals cost $8 each and come with a drink. If you don't preorder a boxed lunch, you can still purchase food on-site, bring your own food, or Morton, IL is close by. SnacksSnacks will be for sale by CIBAD Speech & Debate Club both days of convention. Special Friday Family SupperJoin us Friday evening for a wonderful time of food, fellowship and fun! No childcare is provided.
ChildrenKids of all ages are welcome to attend convention with you. For your child’s safety, enjoyment of all attendees and vendors, and respect for the Cornerstone Baptist facilities, all children under 12 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times. We request parents with infants and toddlers sit near the exits of rooms. Children who make distracting noises — even happy ones — must be removed immediately, as sessions are being recorded.
